ORDER ONLINE
For easy-to-go equipment orders, we recommend using the standard webshop ordering process. Easy to go means your products don't need extra information such as customization of flooring, tracks or racks and the products can be shipped and delivered as soon as possible. You can always ask questions through the contact form, Whatsapp icon, chatter or helpdesk. All ways lead to our friendly team that is happy to assist in your product choice!
Select your products
- Select your desired products in the shop
- Confirm the order
- Choose the invoicing address
- Choose the delivery address
- Proceed to the payment options
Payment options
During checkout you can select 3 payment options:
- Mollie: can be used for payment with Bancontact, Mastercard, Visa, Paypal or Klarna. Your order will be processed right away.
- Bank Transfer: you can pay with a regular bank transaction with the details provided. Note that your order will only be processed when the money is in our account. This may take up to 3 days.
- Request Offer: by confirming the checkout with the request offer option, you will receive a mail with your offer and your offer will already be in our system. This is a good way to make a wishlist for your project and for our account managers to adjust the offer to your needs.
Order fullfillment and shipping
Once we received your payment, your order will be fullfilled by our warehouse crew in these steps:
- Picking of your products
- Double check of your order by the warehouse manager

carefully boxing and wrapping
- Choosing the right carier depending on your product choice
- You receive a tracking mail and delivery slip
- Order leaves the warehouse
