HELIX SPORTS & HEALTH COACHING: PROJECT OVERVIEW
Helix Sports & Health Coaching entrusted us with the task of transforming their gym into a premier fitness facility. The project spanned 200 m² and included the installation of 173 interlocking puzzle tiles and a custom 2x15 meter sprint track made of tufted turf. The facility is designed to support both functional and power training, divided into two open spaces.
FUNCTIONAL AND POWER TRAINING ZOONES
SPRINT TRACK INSTALLATION
The sprint track is a standout feature of the Helix gym. Measuring 2x15 meters, this tufted turf track is perfect for sprint drills and agility training. It offers athletes a reliable surface to enhance speed and performance.
CUSTOM SLAM WALL
A unique addition to the gym is the custom-made slam wall. This 2x2 meter frame, emblazoned with the Helix logo, is reinforced with a 1 cm sublayer of dense shock and sound-absorbing material. The slam wall is ideal for power, speed, and agility exercises, allowing athletes to improve their conditioning and strength.
STRIDE CONSULTANT SERVICE
For projects with minimal technical difficulties, STRIDE provides a consultant to guide your team. Our technical expert offers support and advice, ensuring that the installation process runs smoothly. This service was particularly beneficial for Helix Sports & Health Coaching, whose team was eager and capable.
